A website and portal for e-invoicing in Belgium, Poland and France: each person sees the rules of their own country, and every invoice shows where it is right now.
Nothing gets lost between a designer and a developer.
Customer portals, admin panels, MVPs — the screens people work in for hours.
I design it and I build it.
Structure, design, code, launch. One person from the first screen to the live site.
Both start with a short first stage, where we write down the scope.
The same order every time, whether it’s an admin panel or a website.
A written scope, the information architecture, and wireframes of the two key screens. If we stop here, the document is still yours, and any other developer can work from it.
User flows, roles and permissions, what each screen is for. We settle disagreements here — on wireframes, not on finished screens.
One screen first — designed and approved. It sets the rules for the rest: colours, type, buttons, states, light and dark themes. So new screens don’t drift apart.
Desktop and mobile, both themes, every state — empty, loading, error, long lists and tables.
I write the code with Claude Code and decide the structure, UX and UI myself. Next.js, a CMS your team can edit without me, deploy, domain, analytics.

Twelve years in design, more than nine of them in product. For five years I led a team of five designers at an international streaming company. I’ve been mentoring since 2024. Now I build what I design.
